For the last few years David Fresquez and his family have supplied us with their wonderful selection of heirloom tomatoes.

Located in the Espanola Valley on the Rio Grande his fruit achieves an unsurpassed balance of sweetness and acidity.

The most simple of all Italian pizzas,
tomato and cheese.

Roland elevated this "Queen of Pizzas" to it's rightful throne.

Served only with local, fresh, organic, sun-ripend tomatoes, Fiore di Latte (means "flower of the milk" is fresh mozzarella) and basil.

This flavor bursting pie is available only from late August til the first frost.
